Classes
Beginning Archery Instruction/Class at 10am

Interested in archery but have never shot a bow before? Shot once or twice when you were in school but need a refresher? This is the time for you to come down to the archery range and learn the basics of range safety and how to shoot. Newcomers to the SCA are especially welcome. Loaner equipment will be available but if you have your own, feel free to bring it. Arrows and bows brought to the range must be inspected by a ranger before they can be shot.
Intro Art/Sci Class

The Mater Strikes of Johannes Lichtenaur
Long Sword Cut and Thrust Class

Master Johannes Lichtenaur describes four strikes for countering the four major guards. We will start with the four major guards, then learn the four counter strikes to these guards. Plays from the Ringeck manual will be used to work through utilization of the strikes.
Working with period and powdered pigments:
